It’s pretty clear that the Texas Longhorns are huge favorites for their game against conference foe Kansas State this Saturday. But, after all, this is college football. Anything can happen. Just ask TCU.
Here are 3 reasons why Kansas State COULD pull of an upset over the Longhorns:
1) Historically, Texas is not great against Kansas State
The University of Texas football program is one of the most historical in all of football. They have consistently beat their opponents throughout the years and own a winning record against most.
However, one team that they own a losing record against is Kansas State. Texas is just 3-5 against the Wildcats since 2010 and 8-10 overall. Only one of their eight wins have come in Manhattan as well.
Maybe KSU has something against Texas, or maybe it’s a coincidence. Either way, we should expect a fun matchup between the two.
